    I placed an order on your app at 18:20, the app said the food would be ready and delivered around 19:05. No food had arrived by 19:45 so called the restaurant was told the driver was en route so would be with us shortly. The driver eventually showed up at 20:30 with stone cold food that was barely edible. Contacted the restaurant to get a refund and was told to contact Just eat directly. Contacted Just Eat, was hung up by the first webchat operator and the second was completely unhelpful. Between contacting the restaurant and your web chat team I have wasted 2.5 hours of my evening trying to resolve this issue. the customer service I have received on this occasion from both your staff and take away houses is completely unacceptable and I will definitely not be using or recommending you or the take away place to anyone. ...     Hey Erin, we thank you for flagging this to us! When it comes to any food quality or delivery issues we would always have to flag this directly to the restaurant. This is due to all the restaurant's on our system being independently owned and the majority of the restaurants do handle delivery on their end. Due to these funds being the restaurants, we would not be able to refund without their consent. On our end, we would like to check this out and have a look into the contact with the customer care agents. Would it be okay to private message us over an order number? ^DR

    Ordered kfc at 6.28pm live a 10 minutes walk but running really late at work tonight and traffic really bad. Food order sent to Manchester Oxford rd about 3 miles away. Delivery time said 18.45 arrives at 19.30. Boxes soggy,Food cold, 2 drinks,2 sides and all the dips missing. Rang Just Eat customer service in London(number on receipt) to be told I couldn't have a fresh order and my money would be refunded in 2 to 5 working days. I told customer service I was hungry and wanted the food. I was told no. I asked why it takes a second to take my payment but days to refund he told me that's just eat' s refunds policy.
    So food missing and yuk the grave had 12 minutes left on the use by time it had been made 6 hours earlier.
    Tried to ring the store no answer so bad worst service ever. Never again

    Hey Stacy. When it comes to KFC orders, these are delivered by a third party company, and that is why they are unable to get redeliveries sent out unfortunately. Totally understand that's disappointing, and we have passed this over to the relevant team to look into going forward. With the refunds, how long this takes is all dependant on your bank provider, and is something we're unable to speed up on our end, although we wish we could! So we can look into the contact you've received, are you able to send over your order number? ^ACM

    You’re service is a disgrace. We’ve been waiting over 24 hours for a refund. We ordered last night at 5.30pm. The food was supposed to come at 6.15. We tried calling the restaurant, we tried calling just eat.. we couldn’t get through to anyone. We couldn’t cancel the order. We contacted your chat support and for 2 hours got absolutely nowhere. There was no text to say it was on the way, no message to say it wasn’t coming. No message to ask us to cancel. In the meantime we ate from somewhere else. The food then turned up at 8.30pm without any prior notification. Upon its arrival we refused it and asked the courier to tell the restaurant to call us, which didn’t happen. We wanted a refund. We are now currently in the process of talking to a sixth person on your “chat support” who for the 6th time are telling us that someone from your “dedicated team” will call us. We’ve been asked 3 times for our phone number. We haven’t been called once. Your service is an absolute disgrace! ... DevamıDaha az
